Terms and Conditions
Effective September 7, 2026 · BlinkLoop, Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines
These terms cover the services BlinkLoop provides (website design and development, managed hosting, website care, and related work) and your use of blinkloop-ph.com. Your written quote and these terms together form our agreement. If they disagree on price, scope or schedule, the quote wins.
The short version. You pay once for the build and you own the finished website. Hosting and care are optional yearly plans. Everything specific to your project, the price, the pages, the timeline, the revision rounds, is written in your quote before we start. Your rights under Philippine consumer law are never taken away by these terms.
1. Who we are
BlinkLoop is a web studio based at BLOQ SOHO Lofts, Mandaue City, 6014 Cebu, Philippines. You can reach us at info@blinkloopph.com. "We", "us" and "BlinkLoop" mean the studio. "You" means the person or business we work with, or anyone using this website.
2. Quotes and scope
- Every project starts with a written quote. It lists the scope (pages, features, integrations), the price, the payment schedule, the estimated timeline, the number of revision rounds, and what you need to supply.
- A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
- Work starts when you accept the quote in writing (email or chat is fine) and the first payment in the schedule has been received.
- Prices shown on this website are starting points and ranges. Your quote is the binding price.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Philippine pesos.
- Website builds are a one-time fee, paid according to the schedule in the quote. Hosting and care plans are billed yearly, in advance.
- We accept GCash, Maya and bank transfer. Payment details are on the invoice.
- We issue an invoice or receipt for every payment. Whether VAT or other taxes apply is stated on your quote and invoice.
- If a payment is late, we may pause work or services after giving you written notice, and resume once the payment clears.
4. What you provide
- Text, images, logos, brand assets, product or service details, and any accounts or access we need (for example your domain registrar), by the dates in the quote.
- Timely feedback and approvals. When inputs arrive late, the timeline moves by the same amount.
- You confirm that you have the right to use everything you give us, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.
5. Revisions and changes
- The quote states how many revision rounds are included at each stage.
- Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before we do the work.
- Fixing anything that does not match what the quote promised is free.
6. Timelines
Timelines in the quote are estimates in good faith. They depend on receiving your content, feedback and approvals on time. If something changes on our side, we tell you promptly and agree a new date.
7. Preview, launch and acceptance
- You get a private preview link during the build and can review the work as it progresses.
- We launch the website on your written approval.
- Anything that does not match the quote and is reported within 14 days after launch is fixed at no charge. Later fixes and new requests are handled under a care plan or a new quote.
8. Ownership and intellectual property
- You own the website. Once the build is paid in full, we assign to you the copyright in the final design, the page content we wrote for you, and the custom code created for your project. Under Philippine law (Republic Act 8293) this assignment needs to be in writing, and this clause is that writing.
- We keep the rights to our pre-existing tools, templates and the Loop Builder platform. You receive a permanent, royalty-free licence to use them as part of your website.
- Third-party components (fonts, libraries, stock images, plugins) stay under their own licences, which we choose so that they cover your use of the site.
- Your own content, brand and trademarks stay yours at all times.
- Until the build is paid in full, the work remains ours and is provided for preview only.
- We may show the finished website in our portfolio and name you as a client. If you prefer that we do not, tell us in writing and we will not.
9. Hosting and care plans
- Plans are yearly and paid in advance. What each plan includes is listed on our pricing page and in your quote.
- We remind you before the renewal date. The plan continues when the renewal is paid. If a renewal is unpaid 30 days after the due date, we may take the website offline after written notice. We keep your files available for handover for at least 60 days after that.
- Domain names are registered in your name whenever the registrar allows it and are billed separately. Domain renewals are your responsibility unless your quote says we manage them.
- We keep your site online with reasonable care and rely on infrastructure providers such as Vercel. We cannot promise uninterrupted service. Backups are made as described in your plan.
- Care plans include a defined number of content and technical updates per year, as stated in the plan. Larger changes and new features are quoted separately.
- You may cancel a plan at any time by email. See the Refund Policy for what happens next.
10. Using your own hosting
If you host the website elsewhere, we hand over the files and settings as described in your quote. After handover, we are not responsible for problems caused by the other host, by changes made by others, or by expired third-party services, unless you have a care plan with us that covers them.
11. Acceptable use
Websites we build or host must not contain unlawful content, malware, phishing, or material that infringes someone else's rights. If hosted content breaks the law or harms others, we may suspend it, giving notice where we reasonably can.
12. Third-party services
Domains, hosting infrastructure, payment services, email, fonts and similar services are provided by third parties under their own terms. Outages or changes on their side are outside our control, and we will help you work around them as far as we reasonably can.
13. Warranties and liability
- We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care and in line with the quote.
- We do not guarantee business results such as search rankings, traffic or sales.
- To the extent Philippine law allows, our total liability for a project or plan is limited to the fees you paid us for that project or plan in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
- Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 7394) or any other law that cannot be waived by agreement.
14. Cancellation and refunds
Our Refund Policy explains what is refundable when a project or plan is cancelled, and how to request a refund. We may end a plan for non-payment or misuse after giving you written notice.
15. Privacy and confidentiality
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We keep your business information confidential and use it only to do the work. Please treat our quotes and proposals the same way.
16. Events beyond our control
Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power or internet outages, or provider failures. The affected obligations pause for as long as the event lasts.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If there is a problem, talk to us first: we aim to resolve any complaint within 30 days. If we cannot, the proper courts of Mandaue City, Cebu have exclusive venue, without prejudice to your right to bring a consumer complaint before the Department of Trade and Industry.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version is posted here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects an active plan, we email you before it takes effect. Quotes already accepted keep the terms in force when they were accepted.
