Privacy Policy
Effective August 29, 2026 · BlinkLoop, Cebu, Philippines
BlinkLoop builds and hosts websites, and offers Loop Builder, an in-browser website editor. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We keep it in plain language on purpose. We process personal information in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
What we collect, and why
- Contact and project details. When you inquire or become a client, we collect your name, email, phone or chat handle, and the content you want on your website. We use these to build your site, communicate with you, and provide support.
- Website content you upload. Images and text you add through Loop Builder as a client are stored on our hosting infrastructure (Vercel, including Vercel Blob storage) so they can appear on your website. Anything you publish on a website is, by nature, public.
- Access codes. Client access codes contain a short client name and an expiry date. We use them only to control access to Loop Builder's export feature. They contain no financial or sensitive data.
- Trial drafts. If you try Loop Builder without a client code, your draft is saved in your own browser (localStorage). It never reaches our servers unless you send it to us or become a client and upload images.
- Payment confirmations. When you pay us via GCash, Maya, or bank transfer, we see the details those services show us (such as your name and reference number) to confirm your payment. We do not store your card numbers, wallet balances, or banking credentials, and we never ask for them.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information. To anyone. Ever.
- We do not read or use your website content for anything other than building and hosting your site.
- We do not run advertising trackers on blinkloop's own pages.
Websites we build for clients
Websites created for clients may include features the client chooses, such as contact forms, chat buttons (WhatsApp, Messenger, Viber), analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), or payment details the client wants displayed. For those websites, the client is the owner and controller of the data their site collects; BlinkLoop acts as the builder and host. Loop Builder can generate a starter privacy section for client sites, which clients should review and adapt to how they actually operate.
Where your data lives
Our sites and services run on Vercel infrastructure, and uploaded website images are stored in Vercel Blob storage. Vercel maintains its own security and compliance practices. Access to our systems is limited to the BlinkLoop team.
How long we keep things
Project files and website content are kept for as long as you are a client, and for a reasonable period afterward so you can come back. If you want your data deleted sooner, message us and we will remove it.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just message us. There is no form, no waiting period, no drama.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
