Refund Policy
Effective September 7, 2026 · BlinkLoop, Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines
This policy explains what is refundable when a website project or a hosting plan is cancelled, what happens when something goes wrong, and how to ask for a refund. It is part of our Terms and Conditions.
Your rights come first. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 7394). If a service we sold you is defective or not what was promised, you are entitled to have it repaired, redone or refunded, and this policy is written to honour that.
1. Website builds
- Cancelling before work starts. Everything you have paid is refunded in full.
- Cancelling after work starts. We keep the part of the fee that covers work already delivered, measured against the milestones in your quote, and refund the rest of what you have prepaid. You may receive the work completed so far once the delivered part is paid for. Unfinished work is provided as it stands.
- We cannot deliver what was quoted. We fix it first. If it cannot be fixed, we refund the part of the fee that relates to what was not delivered. If nothing usable was delivered, we refund the whole fee.
- After launch and your approval. The build fee is not refundable, because the work has been delivered and the website is yours. Fixes for anything that does not match the quote remain free within the period stated in the Terms.
2. Hosting and care plans
- You can cancel a plan at any time by emailing us. The plan then runs until the end of the period you have paid for, and does not renew.
- If we have not yet set up your hosting and you cancel within 14 days of paying, the payment is refunded in full.
- If we fail to provide the hosting or care you paid for, and cannot put it right within a reasonable time, we refund the part of the period affected.
- Otherwise, fees for the current period are not refunded once the service has started, since the hosting resources are paid for in advance on your behalf.
- When a plan ends, we give you your website files and help you move to another host. You keep the website.
3. Domain names
Domain registrations and renewals are paid to the registrar on your behalf. Registrars do not refund them, so we cannot either. The domain belongs to you and can be transferred to you or to another provider.
4. Payment mistakes
Duplicate payments and overpayments are refunded in full. Tell us and we will sort it out right away.
5. How to request a refund
- Email info@blinkloopph.com with your name, the invoice or reference number, and the reason.
- We reply within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are sent within 10 business days to the payment method you used (GCash, Maya or bank transfer), for the full approved amount.
6. Complaints
If you are not happy with how we handled a refund, tell us and we will look at it again. You can also contact the Department of Trade and Industry: the DTI Consumer Care hotline is 1-384 (1-DTI), or email consumercare@dti.gov.ph.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the new effective date shown above.
